Ammy had felt some odd vibes from the people she passed on her way to work today, but none were odder than the vibes coming from Issun. She took a glance at him from over her shoulder but ignored it and went to sit out on the porch

Nathan's tears had but just dried when he arrived at the store. Maybe if he found a new hue of paint for his walls, he'd feel better. Redecorating always made a man feel better.

And so he did pause by the porch, and looked upon the store. "Good," he said.

Ammy saw Nathan looking a bit down and wagged her tail in an attempt to cheer him up.

"Awwww," he said. She was adorable. And nothing like Tether, who hated him, too. Nathan reached over to pat her on the head.

He sniffled.

She moved her head up to accept the pat. Issun hopped out to the front, seeing someone ELSE was moving in on his true love. SHEESH! She just had to be nice to everyone but him.

He sounded uncharacteristically bland, "Can I help you?"
