Each person brought to the catacombs found themselves trapped in a cavern with seemingly no exit. It was cold and lighting was limited and even their own breathing would echo off the walls. The Nightmares were lurking, waiting for fresh minds to taste, to inhale the scent of fear and panic

He simply stares as his soul, and his sanity, begin to curl up to die.

Adah was a quiet girl, and she had been all her life. The screams that came out of her as she twitched and squirmed and wept in the suffering of her invisible menace, one would think she was making up for all that silence. She couldn't get them off, though, couldn't get them...and when she did, it was only to save one panic for another.

But the lighting wasn't the best and he couldn't see all the edges of the place; maybe Sam was just not in view. Gathering his strength, he yelled out, "SAMMY!"
The only thing that answered him was his own voice echoing weirdly off the walls.
