Liir ran up and, without further ado because it was Professor Ambrose and he was allowed and it felt nice and he loved him so very very much, hugged him around the middle.
Liir wouldn't know the word 'glomp', but there wasn't a better term for what he did other than that.
And thought, for a moment, that he'd glitched and wandered into some kind of nursery.
Then, of course, he looked down at the small, very adorable little one currently hanging around his middle and noticed that, yes, he was still in the park. It was a small comfort, but at least he knew where he was and that was always a good thing.
Not knowing who the child was, though, was less good and more something he should probably start figuring out. He put a hand on the top of the little boy's head and looked at him only a little confused. "Hello?"
There was probably no mistaking the bright green green eyes that looked up at him a moment later.
"I was looking for you, Professor Ambrose," he said soberly, though he still held on. "I wanted to see you. Do you know which kind of cookies I should make?"
His eyes went a bit wide as synapses caught up with associations and rattled off the conclusion. Glitch was glad that, for the time being, nothing was misfiring.
