Turtle & Canary; Saturday [ 01/19 ]
Apu was starting to fidget nervously behind the counter with a frown on his face. It was very well into the morning, and Miss Turtle was not here yet. Miss Turtle was never late for work unless she specifically mentioned that she was going to be, and he knew that she would especially not be so on her only remaining day of work.
Apu knew all too well what this meant, and he quietly prayed to Krishna for strength.
Fandom was about to have one of those weekends.
