Since it was New Student Day, it was probably New Teacher Day too, and some of those usually needed it to be New-or-at-least-New-to-You Apartment Day. So Xander opened up the office and could be found behind the counter reading appropriately educational materials for New School-Related-People Day.

Perhaps asking a resident would help him form more of an opinion. Jean-Paul approached Lulu and asked, "Excuse me? Do you live here?" He tried to be polite, which meant it probably came out somewhat abrupt as opposed to just plain rude.

Xander looked up and blinked, in the huhwahhh way that you could clearly tell rom a wink, even with one eye covered.

"....Whoa." Whether that was in reaction to the pair of breasts Lulu and her...posture, or the fact that there were people in the lobby and he hadn't even noticed, he probably couldn't even tell you for sure. "Hi there."

He did manage not to say that directly to Lulu's posture. Go Xander.

You can find the lowdown on the apartments here, including layouts, open rooms, resident list, and voicemail. More about Xander's repair business is here.

Office posts go up a little irregularly (though now that construction on the school is over, they'll probably be a bit more frequent), since when nobody specifically needs an apartment or repair work done, there's not a lot of reason to have a post except just for people to talk to Xander.

If you need an apartment or do want to talk to Xander about something, just ping me by e-mail or at soldtoarmenians on AIM, or the voicemails on the MCA page linked above. You don't need to make an in-character request for an apartment unless you feel like it - OOC communication and a cold-walk-in for the character is fine, and for anything we think would be boring or inconvient to play out, handwavy is the Best Word Ever.
