The Park - All Day Thursday

Lots of snow had fallen overnight so Thursday dawned cold and completely white.  The snow sparkled in the sunlight as the final touches were put on the carnival that had appeared during the night.

By midday, the carnival was open to all residents of the island, the snow still gleaming off of the the tents containing food, games, and ice sculptures

Ring toss, shooting booth, duck catch, bottle breaking. No dunking of the teachers this time. It's too cold.

Miley had walked around for a bit, trying to decide what to play before happening upon the shooting booth. There was just something satisfying about taking down clowns.

Chad idly looked over the various games. He paused briefly at the strength test. Right now? He'd probably break the shit out of that thing. He inspected a few others. Maybe...maybe he should try to win something for Annette. She...really deserved...something nice for what she was trying to do...

Annette walked right up to the strength test thing after Chad seemed to consider it. And she picked up the huge hammer thing and looked over at Chad.

"How hard do you think I can hit this thing? Halfway? Half of halfway? To the top? Want to bet?" She grinned and got into position.

In the middle of the fair, there's a fire built up with seats and tables around it perfect for warming up or just spending time drinking hot chocolate and watching the flames.

With her own mug of tea, Ami came over and sat down next to Tori. "How are you?"
