I think it says that like many people, you prefer to read material which you find personally entertaining.

It says that you probably have good taste in ships? ;)

Though I'd say that's a type of chemistry, not the definition of.

I have a sneaking suspicion this is talking about me. And I know that it's horribly counterproductive for me to say so anon but if I said it publically and I was wrong I'd feel awful...

I kinda think this secret is a classic example of why being a BNF sucks ass sometimes. People don't see you as who you really are, but as something imaginary. Then, when they finally get to know said BNF, they're often disappointed or they realize said BNF isn't as cool or awesome as they'd imagined in their mind.

Everyone has faults and flaws, OP. This person didn't sign up to be your insperation, they just wanted to write fanfiction and enjoy their fandom. I'm pretty sure they didn't start with the intention to be a 'legend'. I don't know your situation, but I really feel for both you and your friend. I'm sure you're both still good friends and all, but this secret just makes me so sad...

Hold up. A person can't be flawed and still be inspiring?

what about those times where they stopped scanlations due to licensing only to have the licensing fall through. now, in both cases, the manga will never be translated.

this has happened to me a few times, already.

Then... what's keeping them from starting up the scanlations again?

Inquiring non-scanlation reader wants to know.

Aw, I adored that show growing up - I was a hardcore Nelson/Jeannie lol. I caught an episode recently and I certainly saw Nelson/Healey with my slash goggles.

OH MY GOD A JEANNIE SECRET?!
I totally ship them too. It seems so obvious to me.

I'm not that big on m/m usually, but that would actually be really cute. And you get point for a Jeannie secret, anyway. I was just thinking yesterday about how I wanted to be her when I grew up.
