Oh you used Sylvia Plath's "Street Song." *Is VERY happy* The beginning tore me up so badly that I felt like I was reeling along with Jim. Spinning in space without a fixed point. Just so emotional and beautiful.

When I was reading the first part I was like... "He is NOT going to commit suicide right? If so I totally understand. But STILL!"

I've read too many fics where Kirk (or anyone) is just ridiculously depressed and have no hope. I wanted him to have a ... hopier ending, for a change.
