It was all quiet in the corridor and River could hear herself breathing. The dreams were still vivid in her mind, but they weren't noisy. They were deathly quiet. She was shaking uncontrollably, but finally managed a knock on Blair's door.

Blair was having a pleasant dream of forcing Professor Noblet to read actual history books when he heard the knock at the door. Glancing over to Broots' bed, he walked over to the door and opened it quietly.

"River?"

Still shaking, River looked up at Blair. "They're all dead," she whispered.

"What?" Blair stepped into the hallway and pulled River to him tightly, rubbing her back. "Who's dead?"
