Dean was in the kitchen, humming Christmas carols absently as he cooked breakfast that consisted of the bacon and eggs and French toast alone with the usual breakfast stuff. There was also egg nog along with the usual orange juice and coffee because hey, Christmas Eve Day

Alec's had nothing but toast since some undetermined time yesterday. Leaving Seely's room, he headed towards the smell of food cooking. "Hey, you're up early."

"It's not that early," Dean replied, smiling at Alec. "You want some breakfast?"

"Definitely," Alec said, heading over to see what all was available. "Oooh, French toast?"

"Yep." He grinned. "Consider it a Christmas Eve Day thing."

Z's free food sense was tingling. "Hey, what's going on in here?" she asked.

"Breakfast," Dean said with a grin. "Help yourself."

"Don't mind if I do," Z said happily. "Tis the season for free food," she hummed.

Dean chuckled. "Among other things. Tis the season for a lot of good stuff."

Alanna came into the common room, a black furball on her head.

"Mrrr?" Hunter said, tilting his head to the side and looking at said black furball.

Faithful peered down. "What's this now?" Alanna rolled her eyes.

Hunter went on at some length with mews and rrows and mrrs, explaining to Faithful the entire saga of how he came to be there.
