[3rd Floor Common Room] Early Afternoon

Weiss didn't have classes on Thursdays and he decided to do a little baking. Or at least attempt it. He figured if he loves brownies, he should make sure he can have 'em whenever.

He's a logical dude like that. Come on in while he mixes the batter.

Cally wandered into the common room, as, well, she'd not much anything better to do today than wander about. "Helloooooo everyone," she said.

"Right. Duh. That," Weiss said. "It's been a busy week. How is your spaceship?"

"Still only good for brewing a bit of booze," Cally said. "I should have a new batch done soon, actually."

[weissguy_]

"So long as it doesn't make me blind, count me in," Weiss said.

[sogothcally]

"I promise, no making you go blind," Cally said. "I'll save you a bottle special."

[weissguy_]

"Very cool," Weiss said.

Chad lifted a hand in a wave, grunted something that was a hello.

Cally waved back. "Heeey Chad," she said. She resisted the urge to tell him how cute he'd look with Jude.

Barely.

"S'up, Cally?"

[sogothcally]

"I think you'd be cute with Jude!"

...oh, so much for that.

Huh. Good news travels fast, or had Cally been taking random pill today? Chad gave a small nod, as if he had considered her proposal and had approved. "Glad you think so."

Cally smiled. "That came out a little more non sequiter than I hoped."

[senor_chado]

"Probably not as non squiter as you realize," he pointed out and, dammit, he couldn't hold back the grin in the corner of his mouth.

"So, other than me being random at you, how's stuff?" Cally asked.

[senor_chado]

"Very good; you?"

[sogothcally]

"Ditto," Cally said. She motioned her head towards Mac. "Things are going pretty frakking well."
