Peter followed his nose to the Common Room. "You are a food-making wonder, Pippi," he said with a grin.

"Why thank you!" Pippi smiled back at him. "If only I had a food eating wonder to assist me!"

Peter laughed. "I could possibly help you out like that," he said. "But is there anything I can do to help you first?"

"I've put coffee on, but we have no tea. In the absence of Walter, would you make it?"

Nadia wandered into the common room, following the smell of food. She was holding her left arm carefully, but wasn't wearing the sling. That seemed to make her extraordinarily happy.

"Hey, Pippi!"

"Hey Nadia! How's yer arm?"

[nadiathesaint]

Nadia rolled her shoulder carefully. "A little stiff, but I think it's okay. Any plans for today?"

"Making breakfast and then going to the store." Pippi said. "Care to join me?"

Joxer wandered up the floor to the fifth by the smell of sausage.

"I smell food," he said, stating the obvious.

"And in a moment, you'll be eating it."

[joxertehmighty]

"I will?" Joxer asked.

[strongestgirl]

"Unless you're not hungry..."

Layla followed the smells and grinned when she realized they were coming from the common room. "Mmmm, breakfast," she said happily.

"Mmmmm morning!"

Layla giggled. "How's your morning going?"

"Deeelightful!" Pippi said flipping some pancakes.

Food. It definitely had the ability to cheer you up. Just like painting.

River appeared in the kitchen, various paint stains on her face, hands and dress.

"Morning River?"

River smiled. "Morning Pippi. Is there food?"

"There is! Would you like some?"
