Squirrel Campfire - Sunday Morning

Pippi is lounging by the unlit fire ring for what is probably the last time this year.

Perhaps later she'll go down into town for brunch or something.

Right now she was just enjoying being out in the woods singing softly to herself.

Pip yawned as he stepped out of the cabin, a mug of water in one hand and the other brushing his teeth.

"Morning," he mumbled.

"Um... That wasn't me yesterday if you hadn't figured it out. Well, it was me, but not me me. I thought that I was somebody else. Or she thought she was me. But, she didn't say anything I wasn't planning... Maybe differently..." She stopped for a moment.

"Morning."

Pip took a sip from his mug, swirled it around in his mouth, and spat it out into the woods. "You were Jan, Ivanova was Rizzo, and everyone was singing. I gather that cookies were the culprit or something."

"Well, I'm sorry she scared you."

Seras came out of the cabin and flopped down near the unlit campfire.

"Morning," she said, "Still happy with your jacket?"

[strongestgirl]

Jacket? Jacket. Jacket... Oh yeah!

"Oh yes. It's a great jacket! But it's a bit hot out to be wearing it right now. I'm all ready when it gets cold again!"

Seras nodded.

"Good. I'm glad."

She stretched out her legs and took an appreciative breath of fresh air.

"So, any plans for today?"

"Thought about going down into town for brunch." she said. "It's at Cafe Fina this week."
