Jessica read the note, took the gift in her arms and held it close to her...and smiled a most natural smile. A tear may have found its way down her check, and if it did it was a tear of happiness.
Jessica turned to Kiki. "Kiki dear...I...I just..." Jessica wanted to say I just need to know. You have to tell me, please. Instead she took a deep breath and said "I just...well...thank you dear."
