Liara was not a people person, and most days she preferred to recluse herself to her room. It had been many weeks since she had last done otherwise, however, and the commotion drew her out of her room at last.

She waffled at the edge of the fifth floor common room, trying to decide whether or not to enter. Returning to her book seemed like an enticing prospect.

Minako was in the process of setting up food, and waved the other person in. "Hope you're not vegan!" she said cheerfully. "I mean, there's not meat in the cookies or anything, but there's eggs!"

"I am not... vegan," Liara said. She'd apologize for the pause, but... she hadn't been around humans enough of late, clearly. "But thank you for asking. What is the cause of this celebration?"

Dance Dance Revolution!

Oh yeah, Minako is the QUEEN and will challenge ANYONE to a game! But she's also happy to take a break and let other people square off against each other.

Because there was DDR here and shit, he didn't know people still played this game, but it was awesome.

"Sparkle!" Kathy almost tackled him in a hug. Apparently DDR brought out the genki in her, go figure. "You DDR, too?"

"Shouldn't I?" Sparkle laughed, hugging her right on back. "I'd kill time doing this all the time back in Toronto. Whenever I could get my hands on enough quarters, anyway. Why am I not surprised that you do, too?"

She was made of bounce. It made sense.

Gwen wasn't much for dancing, but Rock Band she could do. Especially if she got to be on the drums, because banging away at something was a nice bit of catharsis. "Celebrity Skin" sounded good to people, right?

Spider-Gwen would be so proud.

Rock Band was a game that Kathy hadn't played, but when she finished her snack the DDR pads were still in use, so she wandered over to check it out. "Hey," she said, giving the other girl a shy wave. "Do you mind if I jump in?"

Wii Games!

Minako has dragged her Wii and her tv over from her room and hooked them up on the other side of the common room, and she's got lots of moddable games. Pick one and ping in.

She was going wild and busting out with Uno. Awww yeah.
