He hadn't ever seen such a variety in guns before and it took him a moment to decide on something small but cool looking. Hopefully going for looks wouldn't come back to bite him.

Jackson was buying a gun. As much as he hated the idea of not being enough to fight, he had to admit the Hyperion guys' guns made it unlikely he was going to get close enough to attack them with fangs and claws.
Also there was the small problem where the thought of attacking them at all made his stomach roll. Like his aggression could tip right over into kanima territory if he wasn't careful.
But he was buying a gun.

He'd paid more attention to watching Bantha (and his grandfather, at that) upgrading mechanics than he'd let on and he'd even be willing to fix other people's without charging them! One time only opportunity, folks. Don't miss it.
