Yeah, screw going outside.

Luke was not happy to find that they were yet again in someplace cold when it should be nice and hot 'cause it was July. He hated and was not wanted back at camp but he was a bit nostalgic for Mr. D and his ability to make the weather nice wherever he went. Percy should have turned around and gone back to his room when he saw who was in the common room. That would have been the smart thing but it also would have been cowardly and Percy wasn't gonna throw that up there for Luke to see.

Instead, he strode in, giving Luke a fleeting glance before winding his way to the kitchen to find something to eat. He really needed to learn to cook for himself.

Luke caught sight of Percy out of the corner of his eye when he came in, but didn't do anything to acknowledge his presence. He was tempted to just leave but he was here first and he wasn't gonna be the first to blink. Instead he kept his eyes on the TV screen and pretended Percy wasn't there.

Yeah, Percy wasn't gonna be the first to blink either so this was gonna be interesting. He just leaned against the counter in the kitchen while he ate a few chips.

"Gonna rot your brain," he said, breaking the silence so he wouldn't just glare at the back of Luke's head stonily.
