Fresh air was what he'd been looking for, but Kyle knew there'd probably be someone up here. He hid a smile when he saw who it was. "You don't seem like the council type," he called.
"I have many hidden depths," he said, carefully turning around (he did not need to fall off the roof) to see Kyle. "My love of academics might be in one of those depths."
"I think there's always room for more help," Alex decided, finally hopping down off the ledge so he could lean against it. "Our first thought was delegating all the work to the juniors."
