Jen was a bit startled when she entered the salle to see what Fiona was up to. But after her initial shock, she just watched. Curiosity was getting the best of her. But she didn't speak, she didn't want to interrupt.
Fiona wasn't one for showy flying kicks, but her punch against the wood of the dummy was solid and knocked the head clear off with a snarl. Senses heightened, another wonderful part of her paternal heritage, she turned to look at Jen.
"Yes?"
THUNK, went the head against the opposite wall. Klunk klunk.

He trotted down into the salle--just making rounds of where she might be--and pulled up short when he saw Fiona.
"What'd the dummy do to you?" he asked.
