Since the island was apparently heading into massive Christmas mood and totally insistent that she wear the elf costume no matter how many times she'd changed during the day, Momoko decided to do some practice Christmas baking in the common room. Finding a recipe online for Christmas cookies wasn't hard to do, and the ingredients were all there,

Thanks to the bells on her shoes, Jill chimed with every step as she stomped into the common room. "This island can bite me," she declared, and then, hopefully, "Did I smell cookies?"

"It might have been one of those candles that smells like cookies," Jill pointed out. "The cookies might have been a lie."

...for the record, Jill had never had internet access in her home before moving to Fandom, so she had no idea she'd just referenced a meme.

K-Mart was pretty much just amused as hell by the outfit. Because really, Fandom liked messing with its inhabitants and it could be so much worse. At least they could still wear clothes.

"Dude, what is that smell?" she asked as she made her way into the common room.

"I hope it's the smell of delicious cookies," Jaime grinned. "You want to find out?"

"Delicious cookie with the undercurrent of not so delicious cookie," K-Mart decided, sniffing the air a couple times. "Let me guess. Someone killed a couple batches?"

Jaime felt it would be uncharitable to point Momoko out as the culprit there, so he just shrugged.
