Last weekend's trip to Taris had shown Zayne that he was still leagues behind his fellow Padawans. He was pretty sure he knew why his lightsaber skills weren't up to snuff. Despite training with different swords and practice swords made up to be similar to lightsabers, it wasn't the real thing

Her work for now was done, she didn't have classes for the rest of the week, and a restless Jaina was never a good thing, which was why she headed down to the salle for a little extra training time.

When she saw who was there, though, she hung back to watch for a minute, figuring he'd know she was there sooner or later.

"Ow!" Zayne called out as he failed to deflect a shot at his shoulder. While he shook that off, he finally noticed that he had an audience. "Hey, Jaina. Please don't tell me you're here to watch me fight a droid."

"Is it wrong to say now I am?" she said with a little smile.

"Not really," Zayne said, giving a smile. "But I'm sure there's something more entertaining than this on TV."
