Third floor common room, Sunday afternoon

Andy was sprawled on the sofa with a cold drink and the book Sam had reccomended to him on Thursday. It was a pleasant enough way to spend an afternoon, but he couldn't help but wonder if he could get away with lighting up in here or if he'd actually have to motivate himself to go somewhere else if he wanted to smoke some weed

Bobby wandered in and headed almost immediately to the kitchenette to see what he could scramble up food wise.

"Reading? On a weekend?" he asked by way of greeting, making his way over to the couch with a bag of chips and a soda of his own.

"I like reading," Andy said. "And it's not like there's a lot of riveting entertainment on tv on Sunday afternoons."

"You may have a point there, about the TV," Bobby admitted. The reading, on the other hand... "I'm Bobby, by the way. You new?"

"Yeah. Andy. Take it you're not new?"

Peeking into the common room as he passed it was a natural habit for Sam now, and he stopped and went in when he saw Andy and what he was doing. "Hey," he said. "How's it going?"

"Hey," Bobby looked up (and up) as someone else came into the room. "Sam, right?"

"Yeah," he said, running through a little list of names in his head before picking, "Bobby, yeah?"

"The one and only. Well, the one and only here. There's other mes around, but they're all off in alternate realities or whatever."

Bored, Jo wandered into the common room. "Hey," said, tossing off a wave at the new kid.

"Hey," Andy said back, sitting up a little when he saw it was a cute girl.

"Latest batch of newbies?" Jo asked, as she flopped down in an unoccupied chair. "I'm Jo, by the way."

"Andy. Yeah, been here a week now."
