Virgo campfire, Tuesday morning

Brooke didn't have classes early in the week, so you'd think she would be sleeping in. Unfortunately for her, she'd woken up randomly and couldn't get back to sleep, so she just got up and went out to the campfire. It was early enough for actual fire, right

Yawning, Dean came out of the cabin and sank down beside the fire. "It's way too early," he declared.

"And yet here you are," she greeted him. "You couldn't bring coffee?"

"Not sure I trust myself with hot liquids yet," he said, yawning.

[gobrooke_urself]

"Good point," Brooke said. "Though that would be a way to wake you up. But then there are clinic visits and it's all bad."

Isabel had been up early and gone for a long run to work off some energy. Making her way back to camp, she stopped by the fire. "Morning!"

"That sounds perky," said Brooke accusingly, and she was still craving coffee but too tired to go make it.

"Sorry?" she said, taking a seat on a log. "Not a morning person?"

[gobrooke_urself]

"It's summer. No one should be awake before noon during summer," Brooke declared.

Peter swung by when he saw Brooke. "Hey."

Oh, look, that got a smile out of Brooke. "Hey there, superhero. Decided to visit, huh?"

"What can I say?" Peter replied. "I happened to be in the neighborhood. How's it going?"

"Early," she answered, figuring that about covered it.
