Fourth Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

Apr 10, 2008 14:13

By now, Jo had gotten over the whole being a guy thing, and was currently focused on something much more important.

Food. This body was starving.

Which might explain why she currently had far more Chinese than a person could reasonably eat on the table in the common room.

[open as a common room is! there's plenty of Chinese]

A few minutes later, there was a Ferris. Not just any Ferris, this Ferris. Well, there was a voice belonging to a Ferris coming from the door. "There's food and I can smell it a floor away." He wandered in a moment later, paused, saw the food, looked to the audience, then back at the food and continued on. "Hi, Ferris Bueller, I don't think we've met until now. That's a real shame. Mind if I join you?"

Jo looked up and swallowed. "Course not, there's enough to go around," she said, holding out a hand. "Jo Harvelle."

He shook Jo's hand in a very manly fashion, really, and then dropped down onto the couch. "You're a king among men, Jo." It had occurred to him that he hadn't met Jo before, but there was food, so he didn't care so much. "You a fourth floor denizen or just here for the fun of it?"

"Yeah, I live here," Jo replied. "For over a year now."

Meg, who now wearing Sam's clothes, was on her way to Dean's room when she smelled food. She was hungrier than usual. She made a beeline for the food when she walked into the common room.

"I can eat this, right?" she asked.

Jo, who was wearing the biggest, baggiest clothes she'd been able to get hold of, gestured at the table. "Go ahead."

Meg grabbed a carton of noodles and sat down at the table. "So...who are you usually?"

She had never seen the guy before so she figured it was another girl-turned-dude like herself.

"Jo," she replied, spearing a snow pea on her fork. "And since you asked, I'm guessing you woke up like this too?"
