Third Floor Hallway; Friday Noonish.

Mar 14, 2008 14:24

There seemed to be quite a lot of activity going on in the third floor hallway, but it was a strange sort of energy, all very repeatative, streamlined, and confused, and all coming from one single person: Chad. Through the sheer power of Teddy's handwavey conviction and wanting to make sure he stayed safe, he'd actually listened and paid attention to the warning of not going out and doing anything, but he couldn't remain stagnant any longer. Or so he thought. Spirit energy encased around his right arm so that it was hard and armoured and faint traces of reitsu drifting off of it like steam from his confusion, he started down the hallway with the firm conviction of going outside, trying to demolish any statue he came across, and then, maybe, going to work, but mostly making sure people were staying safe. So he'd start down the hallway.

And then he'd stop, turn around, head back to his room. He should stay here, stay safe. Teddy would be so mad at him if he went out and tried to do something. No one was going to want to buy CDs what with everything that was going on, anyway. He should just go back, keep an eye out here, protect people here...

...But what if he could do something? He turned around, started back toward the stairs. Spirit energy could effect them different, after all, and he was the only person he knew about who had it, he might need to. And what if Melody still expected him to be at the store? Maybe they needed it as a safe-house since they were open late?

But what if he was wrong? He turned back, heading toward his room again. If he disappeared, what about Teddy? Or Prince Oscar Pedro? Or...

Lather. Rinse. Repeat, the giant Mexican-Japanese kid with the big, smoking armoured arm, practically making a rut in the floor at the center of the hallway with his back-and-forths, muttering to himself indecisively in Japanese about what the hell he should do.

[[ and of course, open as hallways tend to be ]]
