The big Mexican needed money after Valentine's Day set him back a bit, so he was happy to take the job as bouncer to keep the little kids out of the room.

Besides. Cute little kids. He'd get to play with them some more.

And there was a good chance they wouldn't have to try hard to get past him, either.

[[ wee tinies! please ping here before invading the party! Chad will hopefully make a somewhat effective bouncer ]]

A weetiny redhead came barrelling down the corridor. "CHAAAAAAAAAAAD!"

Chad blinked at the sudden ball of redhead coming toward him. Recalling what Parker said earlier about the fact that these kids were all teachers and townies, this made it really easy for Chad to figure out who this was.

This would be interesting. He gave the little Friz a wave. Clearly, she was testing the application of momentum.

She skidded to a halt in front of him, throwing up her arms as she posed. "HI!"

Drop off presents and cards for Tannim here. If he doesn't show up, Turtle's claimed them all already.

Along with her gifts and a $25 gift certificate to Turtle & Canary, there was a card informing Tannim that she could be working on starting up the new register system at the store right now but was instead here to celebrate his birthday. The compliments just didn't stop rolling in with this girl.

And the chocolates had nothing to do with trying clear out seasonal inventory, realllllly.

Tannim opened up his gifts and burst out laughing when he saw what the second one was. He immediately put the shin guards on. "Thanks," he said to Turtle. "And thanks for the time. I'm glad that I rate higher than inventory." He smiled at her.

"Well, yeah," Turtle grinned a little, looking away as she blushed. "But barely."

There are chips, sodas, pretzels, cookies, little finger sammiches, and, of course, a cake. All served with Westing Paper Product paper plates, with Westing Paper Product napkins and Westing Paper Product cups.

There were no Westing Paper Product utinsils, though. Westing never quite did get a hang of the whole paper cutlery thing.

And, yes, the cake still said Ralph. Turtle thought it was funny.

Sit, watch the films, jeer at them in a fashion similar to perhaps a space-ship marooned janitor and his robot companions.

The line-up:

Tiny Shop of Terrors
The Start of the Finish
Hande: The Paws of Destiny
This Penninsula Gaia
Emporor of Galaxy
Hobgremlins
The Terror at Shindig Sands

Billy lounged back on the sofa with some munchies and a drink. "Bring on the cheese."

Ami perched on an edge of the sofa. "What is this?"

"Tiny Shop of Terrors." Billy said. I think there's a musical version too."
