A Danger Shop-generated NPC Nurse is explaining how to do CPR for infants and adults, and there's plenty of dummies to practice on.

Here, a NPC nurse is going over how to clean and bandage a basic skin wound. There's a number of NPC Danger Shop-created patients for you to try and treat, if you feel up to the task.
