Huh. Evan had really never thought of the legal implications of vigilante justice, mostly because the X-Men kind of figured it was okay to operate outside of all of that. And he really hadn't thought that people wearing masks was to protect themselves from legal issues.

He frowned thoughtfully through this lecture and took notes as Batman spoke. This was all stuff he'd have to chew on later.
