Like you're about to be lectured on mutant oppression. Again.

React to the lecture if you so wish. Or chat with other classmates.

Cassidy was horrified over how the people had treated each other. Granted, she had heard that such things happened, but not on such a wide scale as this.

There was a definite pained look on her face when she saw what had later been done to the land and to the people.

"Mother Night."

Victor knew this story, knew it was being edited, didn't think the edits were unfair or unexpected enough to be worth pointing out. Anything Magneto had left out of his lecture paled compared to the reality of millions of deaths.

Sometimes his world sucked. He kicked at a bit of rubble and tried not to feel cold.

Karla had been prepared to ask a few snarky questions about the edits that she knew of in his lecture--up until Magneto snapped his fingers and the landscape changed to the one she knew. That made scoring a few points off her teacher seem...terribly banal in the face of so much tragedy.

She did shoot him a hard glare for what she suspected was blatant emotional manipulation, but she kept her mouth closed. Regardless of his motives, the millions of innocent victims weighed heavily even here, in this simulation.

Where you can leave or perhaps explore the ruins.

Loki took a picture of the ruins on his phone, not appearing to be moved by the surroundings. He was of Asgard, after all. Asgard the proud city, Asgard the ruin of Loki's rage, Asgard the city refugees.

He took a seat, enjoying what was to him a free period.

Magneto saw the picture-taking and raised an eyebrow.

"Not exactly a vacation photo," he noted to the wee-godling.

"No, but I reminds me of home, dearest teacher," Loki replied.

Billy was there, looking a little thoughtful. He usually expected his Friday classes to be on the light side, but that so wasn't the case this semester.
