Even if Tony was mostly just playing with the litmus papers. Because someone here was too smart for school. Yeah, he totally went there.

Kūkaku knows she doesn't have to worry about him tasting the samples to see if they're acids or bases, but she feels you could probably tell a lot more from the reaction if he did than from just the measly litmus paper.

Probably, yes. But the reaction would likely be far more verbal than chemical.

Meanwhile, Jono was beginning to think of this course as cupcake class. And was possibly eyeing those cupcakes longingly. A little. Maybe.
