Today, Reno's class had been told to meet in the library for their lesson. And to bring something to write with and a notebook, because they were going to need to actually do, like, research and crap today
( Read more... )
Listen to Reno talking, think about what it is you're going to want to look up today, and chat it up amongst yourselves if you want to. But keep in mind that you're in the library, so try not to disrupt other people who are in here too much.
Ino always had notebooks and she could think of several things she wanted to look up, but truly she was more contemplating the fact that she... maybe owed Reno an apology.
Zatanna could be a dork about some things, and considering she was an expert when it came to walk around books and look for information, she was going to enjoy the class. Too bad they couldn't mess with Special Collections.
You've just been unleashed upon Fandom High's library. What are you researching? What resources are you going to use? What notes are you going to take?
Remember, Reno wants you to hand in your progress come the end of class, so doodling in the margins is... well, he doesn't frown upon it, really, but if you're going to draw on the page, at least make it amusing.

Considering the last time the island had decided to play with alternate worlds and snatching people she'd wound up not wanting to talk to people for a week or two... it was probably unhealthy that that was what she was looking into.
Coupled with timeline difficulties.
For no reason. Really.
Her notes, anyway, were going to be quite detailed.
It was as good as any other time to actually look for all the previous...oddities? -disasters sounded a little too strong, perhaps- that had hit the island. The weirdest, the best, she thought, considering it actually made some kind of sense in the end.

Raven hadn't been around for the Weeping Angels, so she decided to look into that, starting with books and working her way to the computer if necessary.

It was so weird, to see the library bustling and full of people. She usually saw the stray patron here or there, not a teeming mass.
It was fun. She was going to sit here and try to look knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't actually know much about any of Fandom's past invasions, but guiding people through the library? That, she could definitely handle.
(fair warning, my availability will be nil during the daytime, but all pings will be answered sooner or later, for reals!)

Reno was grinning a bit as he nodded at Rinoa.
"Thanks for agreeing to help out with this, yo. We covered a lot of other angles this semester for dealin' with the worst that hits, but research is one of the most important, yo."

"It's no problem," Rinoa said cheerfully. "I don't get groups like this very often. It's kind of fun for me."
She tilted her head to look over the group. "Do people usually hit the library when bad things happen, around here?" she asked. It was a good strategy. Garden usually tried to attack first and ask questions later.

Reno has heard interesting things about what lives on the other side of that door.

She wasn't too close to it and she didn't have her back to it. She hadn't lost her mind, after all.

Or an ear as sometimes there were strange noises coming from down there and that was way more interesting than his book on zombies.
