Again in the computer lab, students desiring to Win Friends and Influence People would find their witty and well-groomed Dean of Awesome waiting in an armchair at the front of the room with a glass of scotch and a cigar. Don't ask how he managed to get the armchair in there, just be impressed with his abilities. There was also a large display screen and enough computers for all to have their very own. Aww.
A minute or two before the appropriate time, Barney started in on his 'lecture.'
"Alright students and potential future street walkers, this week you're going to prepare to show the world the real you. Someday, some of you will need to apply for a job. But come on, who can really show off what they're able to do on paper? No one Awesome. Who cares what school you went to or if you were in the Honor Society? Not anyone important. Which is why you need a video résumé. That's right. People are nothing if not visual and this," he pointed at the screen, "is the best way to introduce Barney Stinson to the world. In fact, this very résumé is how I landed the sweet gig of Dean of Students. Be impressed, we have a minute." And yes, he paused so they could.
"Now, you're going to take a gander at my victory demanding video and then today I'm giving you cameras and access to film editing software right in this very computer lab to crank out an Awesome résumé highlighting the best parts of you that show why anyone should ever hire your Awesome self.
