"Okay, we're gonna make the lecture quick today guys because the food we've got melts," Marshall said. If the students looked at the buffet table, they would see that Marshall was not lying. The table was covered in all flavors of ice cream, popsicles, fudgesicles, ice cream cake, frozen yogurts, slushees and all sorts of other moddable frozen treats.
Marshall picked up a blue popsicle and opened it up so he could eat and use it as a pointer at the same time. "So we're covering frozen desserts today. I figure since it's getting warmer out, you all wouldn't mind me forcing cold food upon you. As you probably already know, this stuff is awesome and refreshing when it's hot. And, again, as you already know, it's got one big downside because when it's hot it melts all over you. And then it gets sticky. And then bees attack you. And then your brothers laugh at you for flailing like a girl."
True story.
"Anyways, it's all good and it's all sweet and delcious and comes in many, many flavors. It's all unhealthy too. Don't listen to people when they say popsicles are just frozen water. There's more to it than that," he said. He pointed the blue popsicle at the class. "Good things in moderation."
Yeah, that was rich coming from Marshall. His grocery list consisted entirely of candy.
"So go ahead and dig in before it melts." Marshall's eyes widened. "Oh! Oh! Don't eat it too fast! I don't want to be responsible for any brain freezes in here, okay?"
"One more thing!" He said, lifting up the popsicle up in the air. "Wear old clothes next week. We're meeting in the Danger Shop. It's gonna get messy."
