While I understand Cas' reluctance to be around Sam, what I find interesting is that Dean is hiding Cas' visits from Sam. Could this be Dean being selfish, keeping his angel all to himself? Sam's certainly keeping enough of his own secrets so I think Dean is perfectly entitled, and this is a completely innocent secret. Very sweet.
