I don't know if it falls automatically under Red Cross as an approved donation option, but if not: could you add the Irish Red Cross? It has a Nepal Earthquake appeal: http://www.redcross.ie/home/

I won a bid in the fandom auction and I want to make my donation to Doctors without Borders but, as I am Canadian, is it okay to do it through their Canadian website so that I can get a tax receipt?
