Isabel had already told Wyatt about having Ronan stay over the night before, so he didn't get flaily hearing about his girlfriend being with another guy. But when she told him about why Ronan was upset, he couldn't help but feel just a little guilty, like he'd somehow ruined Peter for other guys.
