Example Nomination

To help give you a better idea what we are looking for in the nomination form here is a nomination my wonderful co-mod surprised me with.
We are using this particular nomination as it is a perfect example and we don't have to worry about protecting nominator identity and Nebs (nominator) and I (nominee) have are cool with this being posted :)

This wonderful girl has come up with ideas again and again that have
blossomed into beauties that are enjoyed not just by her and her
closest friends, but by everyone she can find. She wants everyone to be
happy, and she does a fantastic job of it.
The two communities below were her first brainchildren, which she was
kind and sweet enough to share with me so I could be in on the fun. The
third reference link is just a random post she made to welcome all the
new members. She also does newsletters for that comm that keeps
everyone updated.
The last link is the type of thing she does: she keeps everyone on top
of everything, and is fantastic with emailing people back about
problems they might have (with her, they're pretty non-existant), emailing
people about any questions they might have, commenting, making posts,
making notes on what people have said...she's more than a marvelous mod.
She's simply too fantastic for words.
