Definitely explains why Hugh Laurie's been saying that House isn't going to be around much longer. Given what I've seen about this episode, I'm surprised it got picked up for another season.

I loathe House/Cuddy - loathed, loathed, still loathe, but 'car through her HOUSE' randomness just. Even for House that's. Insane.

Greg Yaitanes (who is a known troll and whose remarks I therefore take with a whole shaker of salt) responded last night to a fan who asked, "Are we still in House's head?":

Much as I would find it ridiculous if this turns out not to have been real, or to have been only partly real, I'd rather that than to have to hate Greg House. So I hope there's ... something. He's got a brain tumor from the experimental rat!drug, he's still in his damn bathtub bleeding out when Wilson finds him, something.

I have no idea how to respond to the episode. I don't think I'll even try, except to say this: it was a strange end to a very strange season. I'm not sure I'll be coming back next season...although telling Mom I might be dropping another show we watch together won't be fun. -_-

Is it because Cuddy is leaving the show? IDK I stopped liking House/Cuddy around the time I quit the show, which was like season four.

Apparently that episode was done before the news that Lisa was leaving. I don't know, maybe it's just a random hallucination or something.
