Looking for a hat pattern...

Has anyone ever seen a hat pattern for the one Moira MacTaggert is wearing in this picture?

I am looking everywhere, but the closest looking one I have found says that it is knitted flat, and this looks like it was knit in the round to me..

It looks like a basic knit with a 1x1 rib border on a seed stitch cap and it can be knit either way. You can probably find some free versions, depending upon chosen yarn and gauge.

It looks a lot like a pattern called Trinity Stitch Hat that I've knitted (in the round & free, what's not to love?!!).
