This particular version was put together by grammarly.com, but I've seen variations of it elsewhere over the years (including my freshman year in college, if I remember correctly), both on the interwebs and off. I think it's the sort of thing grammarians have been using for a long time to prove the point that punctuation matters a lot, so it probably predates the internet by quite a few years, possibly even decades.
You know why I absolutely love this community? Because not only are the examples you give helpful, they're easy enough to understand (and fun!) that I can re-work them for the kids in my classes (I'm an English teacher). I often come to this comm when I need inspiration for my classes. So thank you for posting these. You're not just helping to educate fandoms and fic writers, you're indirectly helping secondary school kids too. :)
