*DEATH can still be seen sitting at the desk from last night. His pen is scribbling maddly still and seems to have ammassed quite a large collection of notes. He continues to flip through his collection of books and magazines. Right now it appears the choice of reading is Rules for Radicals, though he periodcally flips through a stack of magazines

Angela -- carrying coffee and with a very excited Vladdie zooming ahead of ehr on a leash -- feels a slight chill as she enters the room, and she can tell from the employee roster that DEATH should be on duty.

She still isn't used to not being able to see him, but she aims a question into midair anyhow. "DEATH? Is Rory Gilmore okay to have visitors?"

She walks back to the surgery suite.

*DEATH enters the room as part of his morning rounds. He begins taking vitals with cool efficiency, popping a thermometer in Logan's mouth and putting on the blood pressure cuff. Working on his bedside manner, DEATH decides to inquire as to his health, as if he doesn't know.*

Perhaps it was the large amounts of Vicodin Logan had been consuming, but the clinic assistant looked awfully skinny. And Logan had a strange sense of dread when he was nearby, which, oddly, was overlaid with a sense of comforting efficiency.

It was probably the drugs.

"Well, I don't know what the traditional recovery time is for a vampire attack, but I'm doing okay. Even managed to walk around a bit last night without falling over," Logan said.

If one were to look carefully, they would see a small wooden figure tucked in next to her.

Lorelai heads to the clinic for another visit with her daugther. She's got a bag of supplies with her.

"Hey, kid," she says, poking her head in the door. "You feeling okay today?"
