Doogie was making rounds through the clinic today, checking on Cameron, checking on the inventory, and making sure the other exam rooms were clean and tidy. It was a good way to stay occupied, he thought.

Cameron was getting more than a bit restless being hogged up. Apparently the tiredness was mostly gone now and there was a certain eagerness to get leave.

Isabel had gotten back and started unpacking while listening to the radio podcasts she'd missed while she was in Mexico. But news that Cam was back in town had her hurrying to the clinic.

She stopped at the door, not wanting to disturb him if he was sleeping.

He wasn't sleeping, but sitting on the edge of his bed and tossing a ball from one hand to the other. Ray sat in front of him, carefully following the movement and waiting for the ball to get tossed at him. He looked disappointed when Cameron abruptly stilled and glanced up.
