Wilson was up early again or perhaps he just hadn't gotten to sleep it was hard to tell. He'd come back to the Clinic after talking with Aziraphale and Crowley and settled in to work in the lab for a few hours

He came back to the front after checking on Jack and changing out the young man's IV bag. Spying Grissom, Wilson paused, catching his lower lip between his teeth.
He absolutely hated this part.
"Dr. Grissom." The doctor's voice was calm if perhaps a little soft. "I'm glad you could come down...do you want to step into the office, please?"
Grissom merely nodded, tucking the book away in his briefcase and following Wilson into the office, taking a seat and concentrating on keeping his pulse down and breathing regulated.
Wilson leaned against the desk, rather then sitting behind it. It was a subtle thing but it kept him from being 'distanced' by having the desk between them yet kept him out of Grissom's personal space by not sitting beside him. Watching the other man, Wilson didn't beat around the bush with the news.
"The biopsy was positive. That's the bad news. However, you're what we call Stage 0: TIS, NO, MO. Which basically translates to, we caught it early. Endoscopy to remove the affected area of you stomach, six months chemo to erradicate any possible lingering cells and we should come out of this with nothing worse then you'll have to adjust your diet a little going forward."
He went quiet then, letting Grissom soak it all up and waiting for any questions.
Anders slinks into the clinic after shop class, his face brilliant red. When he catches a whiff of the coffee, he lights up a little bit, sniffing, then shoves his hands as deep into his pockets as he can and tries to remember how to speak.

Standing up, slowly so as not to startle the poor lad, Wilson ferreted out a styrofom cup and poured a healthy serving of the delicious smelling brew. Setting it on the counter top, he sat back down, looking as friendly and unthreatening as possible.

As silence spread he caught the tell tale sniffing of someone who appreciates coffee and a dark eyebrow rose.
"Would you like a cup?"
