FTEC, Sunday Evening

Apr 22, 2007 18:09

It's another Sunday evening and Stark's in the clinic. He'd much rather be outside, but leaving the door open will have to do for now. The TV is tuned to some nature show, which really isn't helping to alleviate the desire to be outdoors.

[Up early as I'm having people for dinner (mmmm, delicious people) in about an hour. I'll pick up any and ( Read more... )

Nadia carried an unconscious Annette in as quickly and as carefully as she could. There were signs of basic first aid having been performed, both on Annette and on Nadia herself, but Annette probably needed a bit more than just bandaids.

"Hi. I have a patient."

[ooc: pinging this in now because the battle is still only just getting started. Nadia doesn't need anything further than the basic first aid she's given herself, she's just got a few bruises and shallow cuts. Annette will, I assume, explain her own injuries in further detail.]

"You do," Stark agreed, getting up from the desk. "What happened to her? And you?"

Nadia sighed. "I really don't know. I think she might have hit a wall."

Nadia set Annette down on the bed in the exam room and made sure she was resting as comfortably as she could be before heading out to make some entirely handwaved phone calls and go do the radio broadcast.

And figure out just what the hell had happened, tonight.

Having sent Sam and whoever it was that was carrying him into another room, Stark went to check on Annette briefly. He wanted to check the head wound before anything else, since there seemed to be rather a lot of blood. Why, he wondered for perhaps the hundredth time, did everyone always have to hit their heads?

"Not so so bad," he said, mostly to himself since Annette wasn't conscious to hear him. "Except for not being awake." Sighing, he handwavily yay asked the nurse to get that cleaned and perhaps stitched, and he'd be back shortly.

She was still unconscious by the time the nurse was through with cleaning her up, and she was probably better off. Annette didn't do pain. Even in her cataleptic state, her brows kept drawing together in a frown and she moaned every now and then.

Remington brought Sam into the room, placing him down on to the bed. After he made sure he was fine, Remington stood back, doing nothing more until Stark arrived.

"They always hit their heads," Stark muttered as he walked in. "Always always always."

Then he turned to Remington. "Did he hit a wall also? Have the walls started attacking and no one told me?" Hey, it's Fandom. You never know.

Without really waiting for a response, he started to take a look at Sam to see if anything needed to be dealt with immediately.

"Thrown against, more like," Remington answered. "If I am no longer needed here, I shall go. There are other things I must tend to."
