Setsuna followed the nurse into Ami's room and had a seat, sitting there quietly for a long moment, just watching all the machines and her very still friend.

Talking to a person in a coma was silly. But that didn't stop Setsuna. And she talked about how she wished Ami would get better and that she missed her and that could probably really use a friend around right now and how she'd never forgive herself if Ami didn't get better soon and she'd probably die if Ami woke up and thought she as a boy or something like that, because she had had enough of that and didn't need two people doing that. She explained the whole situation with Ranma and how she thought she might have accidently threatened Billy but a lot about that night she couldn't remember, so she wasn't sure, and also mentioned pretty much everything else under the sun.

Knowing full well that Ami probably couldn't hear her.

That's probably why she actually did it.

John popped in to see if Ami was doing any better. He stayed for a while, just talking about normal random things, before seeing how Liz was.

Billy told Ami all about the flood, and hoped she wouldn't be too upset about missing it.
