I thought it was funny that the Doctor secretly looks at River as Marilyn Monroe. It's what the hallucinogenic lipstick did to him right? Imagine his fantasy coming into life. Oh Doctor...

Well River sort of planted the idea by naming herself as Marilyn, but yes he made the leap to Monroe on his own :)

It's kind of impossible to have an absolutely fluffy fic with these two. Damn their tragic love story.

Amazing! I love it. River as Marilyn Monroe (during the Christmas special) is now my own personal canon. So good!
