No that refers to the finale of series 4, the Tenth Doctor gets shot by a Dalek, starts to regenerate and channels the excess energy into a severed handof his that he'd kept. This is sounds more confusing if you haven't see it. Anyway the hand grows into a human clone of the Tenth Doctor with some help from the Doctor's tehn comapnion, Donna Noble. And the Doctor leaves his clone in an alternate universe with Rose Tyler.

HAHA LOL JK. No I liked Rose fine enough but she's my least favourite mostly because of her relationship with Ten. Which is funny because I loved Rose/Nine. *kanye shrug*

Oh, if only. *sigh* I love your River/Eleven fics - they're among the best I've read. I especially like the last line: if they ever did get married, you can bet the Doctor would say something like that.
I wonder if Moffat has something planned to bring River back to life...

Sadly, he's said in several interviews that she died in the Library and her in the core is as happy a happy ending as she'll get. Le sigh. But it's okay, because I clearly have the start of an AU fic series that could plausibly last FOREVER.

Just pointing out that I think I see a tiny spelling error in this line:

Other than that- yes, I love the idea that River could still be saved after the library. ^^

I figured it would be sad if she got all ten back and he only had two left :( So I was like 'haha fuck that, River would make it so they'd be even'. And in my heart they totally romeo and Juliet it up that if one dies, the other forced regeneration so they can be shiny and new together.
