When you're back, i have a question for you; do you have any good meta to hand regarding the femle reader and slash? I know there's a ton of it out there, but i can't seem to shake anything loose at the moment.

Hm, tbh it's not a topic I usually read much about - I find most of what's out there quite limited and repetitive, and mostly about the straight female side of it rather than the queer writers and readers side, which is what I'm more interested in. I remember reading a very solid book that covered the main issues very well, though, if you want to check that out? Called Cyberspaces of Their Own, by Rhiannon Bury. Mostly focuses on Due South and X-Files fandoms, IIRC, but I have zero knowledge of either fandom and still found it very readable.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful; it's a discussion that I tend to get frustrated with, so I usually steer clear :/
