I do every kind of transaction imaginable and I only make three bucks more than I did wrapping FLOWERS at the grocery store. I mean I make huge deposits and withdrawals to and from accounts. I feel your pain 'cause I get abused daily as a front desk agent at a beach hotel. I basically daydream all day to escape the horror of it. Sucks so bad to deal with the public like that and your bosses sound incredibly weak. Hang in there until you find something new, it keeps the electricity on :)

sorry to hear that! i've done the customer service work in my time, it's miserable. Everything from pizza delivery driver to Wal Mart checkout to internet help desk. General customers + underpaid management that thinks they're something special = intolerable work environment.
