I was watching TV hearing the anchorman of NHK kept reading out the situation of damage in a detached tone.

He said "A woman who couldn’t get her breast milk from the stress got in a line in front of the supermarket all night and she finally managed buy some milk for the baby."

Then, there was a brief silence.

Soon after, he started to read out again
